5D Studios
5D Studios is a tattoo shop in St. Louis Park, MN. They aren’t a normal street shop, but a warm, welcoming, tattoo studio that provides high-quality custom tattoos, focusing on quality over quantity.
Having videos that are very cinematic and unique is important for their brand style, and as the creator being able to have such freedom to be as creative as I’d like during the shooting and editing gives me the greatest oppertunity to create the best content I can. We shot many more videos after that for social media, their website, and commercials to be featured on Hulu.
The owner of 5D Studios, Ruuben, was featured in Art Ink, which is a Brave Bison Brand on Snapchat Stories, showcasing the work and story behind skilled tattoo artists from around the world. We shot for 8 hours straight, and got 1 hour of interview footage of Ruuben telling his compelling life story & how it relates to his art. Here’s the final product:
